The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington provides basic medical care, urgent dental care, diabetes care and self-management, insurance and Medicaid navigation, and coordinating specialty medical and oral health services in the community for uninsured patients.
The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington is not open for walk-in or unscheduled appointments. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the clinic at 360-450-3044.
Help Support the Free Clinic with Target CircleThe Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has been chosen to participate in a special charitable giving campaign, sponsored and funded by Target. And you have the chance to help direct a portion of Target’s donation to us!
Now through September 30th, vote for us through the Target Circle program to help determine how Target’s donation will be divvied up. It’s easy, you simply create a Target account (or sign in if you already have an account), put in the 98661 zip code (this is the clinic’s zip code), choose the store you want your account to be linked to, and purchase items at that store. As you begin to buy items, points will begin to accumulate which are converted into votes. These votes you then can apply to the Free Clinic! You can cast your votes by opening target.com/circle and go to Community Support. You can also open the Target app, go to your Circle benefits, and Vote For Nonprofits. Nonprofits will display in a list with their name, logo, mission, and website link. Free Covid and flu vaccines are available at the Free Cl inic of Southwest Washington , for uninsured individuals only. Vaccines are available on a walk-in basis on Mondays and Fridays from 1 to 4 p.m. For additional information, call 360-450-3044.
The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington, in conjunction with Clark County Public Health, offers free STI testing on the 2nd Thursday of every other month from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the clinic.
